Must have at least four years experience working with PANYNJ airport facilities, such as JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Newark International Airport; experience conducting traffic analyses on airport landside components, including terminal access roadways, frontages, short and longterm parking, and AirTrain in accordance with national guidelines from the ACRP as well as local guidelines from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey PANYNJ; and experience working with flight schedules, converting and calibrating airside passenger demand into landside vehicular demand. Must have at least two years of experience with the following traffic analysis software packages related to airports, such as VISSIM and QATAR, conducting traffic simulation studies for complex roadway networks and evaluating curbside demand and capacity.
