Specific Skills

Two years of experience in developmentdesign and construction of hydraulic panels in association with related Fluid Power system components for standard and custom machine tools; utilizing NX design programs; generating sheet metal laser programs for the manufacturing of fluid and electrical related sheet metal plates for standard and custom machine tools; integrating fluids related project materials into production through SAP, including but not limited to part stock lists, partbr drawings and fluid material requests; setting timing and schedule requirements on all project material needed to match department deadlines; experience installing and troubleshooting Fluid Power components to include but is not limited to pressure switches, flow switches, pumps, air inlets, cooling systems, lubrication systems, directional valves, seat control systems, cutting fluid systems, filtration systems, and MQL systems. Applicant must also have ability to accurately read blue prints pertaining to Pneumatic preparation and Pneumatic control systems,br Hydraulic control systems, Metal cutting fluid circuits, Closed loop cooling circuits and Lubrication metering circuits, ability to identify problems with prints, as well as make technical changes and provide proper revisions to the fluid prints; and ability to perform all measurement tasks using the metric system exclusively. Up to 10 travel domestically. In lieu of an Associates degree, the employer will accept two years of experience in the Fluid Power trade of the machine tool building industry.
