Fluency in Japanese is required to fulfill the duties of this position. The beneficiary will need to be using Japanese at least 70 of the time while at work.br br Topre America Corporation quot;Topre Americaquot; is wholly owned by the parent company, Topre Corporation of Japan quot;Topre Japanquot;. As the first U.S. subsidiary plant of Topre Japan, Topre America operates closely with its parent company, which fully oversees and supports Topre Americas business activities. Accordingly, our Accountant at Topre America must closely and consistently communicate with the parent company and its accounting department in Japanese. The Accountant must be fully prepared to report any requested information and answer any queries from the accounting department at Topre Japan in Japanese.br br Additionally, the incumbent is expected to prepare critical monthly Profit Loss reports and deliver these reports to the parent company in Japanese. As we are wholly owned and fully financed by Topre Japan, we operate closely with the parent company.br br In sum, it would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, for an Accountant to fulfill the duties of this position without fluency in spoken, written, and reading Japanese. Therefore, fluency in Japanese is an absolute business necessity for the Accountant position in question.
