Specific Skills

1. Two years of relevant laboratory experience, including reagent preparation, laboratory organization and maintaining the inventory of laboratory supplies.br 2. In depth knowledge of toxicology, including understanding the drug metabolism pathways, the metabolic distribution of drug substance in human body and all related pharmacokinetics parameters.br 3. Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures used in lateral flow test research and development.br 4. Experience in performing clinical specimen testing, analyzing and interpreting data by using statistical software and prepare the report.br 9. Demonstrated ability in technical problem identification and problem solving.br 10. Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with supervisor and to train other team members.br 11. Excellent written and oral communication skills.br 12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional notebook documentation skills.
