The nature of the occupation, as expressly stated in the job duties, shows that the Japanese language ability is absolutely required to discharge the duties of the proffered position, within the meaning of 20 CFR 656.17h2i, for our Japanese school. Further, the proportion of our students who cannot communicate effectively in English is virtually 100 of our students.
