H.10B Must have 7 years of experience in the biotechpharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years of experience with business development and alliance management and leading multidisciplinary teams for various stages of drug development discovery, preclinical, clinical, approval, launch in the US and worldwide. Experience must also include leading organizational change; identifying and prioritizing opportunities for inlicensing or MA transactions; assessing research and clinical stage assets, with variety of mechanism of actions and modalities; screening potential target assets and companies, and closely working with potential external partner companies to establish relationship and manage scouting and diligence process; coordinating due diligence for clinical stage assets, including scientific assessment, market research, market access analysis, IP legal assessment and opportunity valuation.br PLEASE NOTE that the requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of Marketing Managers in the context of a global pharmaceutical company and are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner. This is a Director level position, and we would not hire anyone into this senior management position who did not possess these credentials. This employee must have the indepth, complex, and theoretical understanding of international business development and organizational alliances in the biotechnology industry, gained through an advanced university degree, in order to provide the level of leadership and expertise required of this position. As this employee is responsible for establishing and executing alliance governance, processes and protocols, as well as operational responsibility for joint governance committee operations, his business skills must be excellent. Because of the nature of this position, the directorlevel responsibilities it entails, the highly specialized duties specific to the tightly regulated pharmaceutical industry, and the importance of organizational alliances to our companys future, we have determined that a combination of a university education and extensive handson experience is necessary. We have determined that a Masters degree and 7 years of experience are the minimum qualifications necessary to perform this position.
