Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, or the equivalent in a combination of education andor experience, plus 4 years of experience in hotel banquet management operations for a fullservice, metropolitan hotel. In addition, the qualified candidate will have 4 years of experience supervising and controlling the work of other Hotel Banquet Department employees, with authority to take andor recommend personnel actions, including hiring, training, disciplining and evaluating with respect to these employees; 4 years of experience implementing forecasting, scheduling, budgets and inventory requisitions for hotel banquet operations; 4 years of experience with food and beverage cost control and pricing; and, experience working at a Union Hotel, managing union employees.
