These knowledge is fundamental as it enables A T Engineering to consistently produce accurate architectural documents for projects of varying complexity and scope, while effectively communicating with clients, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the construction process.br A T Engineerings Architectural Designer is required to be familiar with sustainable and environmentallyfriendly design, as it has become an indispensable requirement for architectural design related professions today. With the increasing awareness of climate change and the urgent need to reduce our carbon footprint, designing buildings that comply with State and local Energy Conservation Codes, such as the New York City Energy Conservation Code and the Energy Conservation Construction Code of New York State, is a paramount aspect of Architectural Designers work. With that said, the proffered position requires a solid understanding of sustainable design principles to be adept at integrating sustainable design strategies, such as passive design techniques, energyefficient systems, the use of renewable materials, and water conservation methods, which are imperative to create buildings that are environmentally responsible and energyefficient. Additionally, the Architectural Designer position at A T Engineering must possess the expertise to conduct building performance analysis, testing, and assessment to ensure compliance with green building principles and codes from the Department of Buildings, which is critical to A T Engineerings projects.br Although bachelors programs help to build a foundation for those who seek careers in architectural field, only the masters programs in architect provide solid understanding of building systems that allow one to comprehend the technical requirements and implications of building codes.
