Must have five years of experience representing U.S. and international issuers and financial institutions in connection with public financings debt and equity, regulatory matters, corporate governance, public disclosure documents and stock exchange reporting requirements; representing financial sponsor clients and strategic clients in a diverse range of transactions, including initial public offerings, special purpose acquisitions and corporate reorganizations; and in private securities offerings.
