Continued from Item H.10B Position requires a minimum of 3 years Item H.10A of experience in international freight services carrying out the following duties Coordinate with transportation providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments; Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels; Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and correct errors, tracking tracing all shipments and follow up until delivery at destination; Responsible for the documentation and operational aspects of export, reexportreship foreign to foreign, return cargo, abandoned cargo, and auction cargo; Resolve invoices with shipping lines, clients and other vendors; Coordinate with port authorities and customs globally; Resolve cargo insurance claims, including coordinating with localinternational legal representatives to resolve different shipping related issues.
