Must also include quantifiable skills not included Demonstrated expertise leading public construction operations or mechanical systems, pricing and contracting, including scope development or estimating; demonstrated expertise managing mechanical construction projects and interior renovation projects in development and in the field; demonstrated expertise developing and generating custom tracking documents end reports using Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, Project and Acrobat Reader; and, demonstrated expertise analyzing various public procurement or project delivery methods and requirements.
