Specific Skills

Candidates must have at least a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent as determined by a qualified credentials evaluation service, and at least two years of professional experience working in operations management within the hotel industry. Must have at least two years of experience working in luxury hotel operations across multiple departments, including front office, housekeeping, VIP guest relations, recreation and entertainment, and food and beverage. Must have at least two years of experience managing guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting, responding to service requests and inquiries, and coordinating between hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. Must have at least two years of experience providing luxury hotel amenities and services and designing special VIP and membership programs. Must be willing to travel to unanticipated worksites.
