The position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six 6 years of experience in supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and development of an IT Operation Management. Experience must involve four 4 years in ServiceNow development including scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, developing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and customization of the core applications. Must have experience creating detailed technical documentation; understanding business requirements and converting them into scalable solution designs; webbased systems architecture, servicebased architecture, enterprise application architecture; experience with AWS Core Services Knowledge in some capacity such as EC2, S3, RDS, or Lamda; working with ServiceNow Integration Hub, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, and custom applications; ServiceNow data schema and underlying tables.
