Position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field plus three 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include the followingbr br Demonstrable knowledge of the development and new construction business from both a technical standpoint, and from a project management standpoint;br Demonstrable knowledge of MEP and structural trades related to multifamily constructions;br Demonstrable experience with timemanagement and project management skills and able to track, report and manage multiple projects and priorities meeting set deadlines;br Demonstrable experience performing routine quality control inspections for compliance to code and safety standards, troubleshoot and resolve issues; and,br Demonstrable experience reviewing and recommending change orders or amendments to the specifications, blueprints, and plans.br Position requires the frequent travel to various construction sites around New England.
