The DOC will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, multipurpose copiers, MS Office software, Google Drive, as well as other external software as needed. The DOC position also has regular exposure to outdoor activities and weather conditions. The DOC must be able to explain high level concepts and physically demonstrate soccer skills and techniques to coaching staff and players.br br Travel Requirementsbr br The DOC will travel to town fields up to 80 and to out of town venues in the Greater Boston MSA for special events up to 20.br br br Job Duties continued from H.11.br br Coachingbr Provide onfield support for the playersbr Coaching players and teams when appropriatebr Offer both inseason and offseason clinics and programsbr br Administrativebr Serve as ASC representative at league meetings and lead meetings when necessary.br Maintain positive relationships and open communication with the Board, coaching staff, team managers, parents, players, and community at large.br Provide semiannual written evaluations to the coaching staff.br Act as tournament director for ASC hosted tournaments.br Assist in the development of the annual club budget.br Seek corporate and other donorssponsors for the Club.br Hiring and termination of coaching staff, subject to Board approval.
