Must have a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer. Required two years of experience must include provide industrial engineering coordination to perform maintenance, repair, assembly and continuous improvement functions on plant equipment, machinery and building using 5s, Solid Edge, Solid Works, ERP system, and Inventoria; utilize industrial engineering knowledge to complete machine repairs, rebuilds per lineup, and building maintenance; perform component replacement and verification of equipment, reviewing documentation to ensure proper data collection; provide engineering troubleshooting to ensure continuous production availability; utilize the following diagnostic tools and techniques to define problem areas and assist with resolution rootcause analysis, fishbone diagram, flowcharts, FMEA, DMAIC, and Lean principles; ensure the established standard maintenance procedures enable the achievement of KPIs; create and maintain a schedule that ensures machine robustness along with the coordination of production schedule needs in both preventative and corrective maintenance; and make engineering updates to drawings and prints, suggest spare parts and suitable replacements, and engineer various forms of machine repairrebuild according to lineup and schematics.
