Preferences Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas process development, process integration, device reliability engineering, electrical characterization, TCADCAD, compact modeling, product engineering, manufacturing, data science, AIML, DTCO, design, and the interfaces with materials science and cybersecurity preferred but not required. A strong record of scholarly productivity and promise for future excellence as evidenced by scholarly publications preferred but not required. Established record of an independently funded research program and promise for future excellence, as evidenced by participation and leadership in securing extramural funding preferred but not required. Demonstrated interest in engaging with and leading collaborative multi and interdisciplinary teams preferred but not required. Universitylevel teaching and mentorship experience, particularly at the graduate level and including graduate students and postdoctoral scholars preferred but not required. Experience effectively working with people from a variety of culturally diverse backgrounds and underrepresented communities preferred but not required. Demonstrated willingness and ability to teach courses inperson and online in a university setting preferred but not required. No amount of experience is required.
