Must have three 3 years of related interior design experience with all of the following 1 Utilizing knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications; 2 2D3D modeling in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit and Grasshopper; 3Translating architects sketches into a master plan for large scale mixeduse retail thematic programming and CAD documents into realized 3D models and images; 4 Producing graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings with high level of proficiency; 5 Coordinating with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives; 6 Test fitting, space planning, predesign and design experience in higher ed interiors and with automobile showrooms; 7 Development of design intent interior finishes and materials documents for the global market; 8 Development of prototypical showroom interiors for electric vehicles for domestic and European markets; AND 9 Work on interiors that were WELL sustainability certifications. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Incidental telecommuting may apply.
