Must have two 2 years of design experience with all of the following 1 AutoCAD, Revit, 3DVisualization Octane, Maxwell, Enscape, VRay, Maya, 3DStudio Max, Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, AfterEffects, Bluebeam Revu Studio, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Dynamo, SketchUp, and 3D Printing for Design; 2 Experience with Parametric Design including use of parametric tools and techniques to enhance workflow; 3 Designing high rise tower, headquarter office buildings, mixeduse buildings, lifestyle, modular, and luxury hotels; 4 Producing high quality site plans, sections, elevations and construction details; 5 Coordinating with Structural, MEP Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Lighting, Civil, Landscape, Faade, Acoustics, and AV Consultants; 6 Construction Administration experience; AND 7 Preparing Schematic Design, full Design Development, Construction Document sets in Revit. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience.
