Specific Skills

Requires two years of experience in a technical engineering role with managerial responsibilities that include overseeing teams of 10 or more engineersarchitects and over 50 construction workers for onsite activities through scheduling and work assignments; overseeing a budget of over 350 million for multiple projects in support of overall worksite activities, ME installation, architectural finishings consisting of presourced project specific materials and optimizing casting sequences for concrete structures. Must have two years of experience with projects utilizing phasing optimization to ensure minimal disruption to existing infrastructure and community during construction. Specifically have experience in heavy civil construction and ability to monitor design development against procurement schedule and budget. Experience leading the coordination of project stakeholders in largescale designbuild projects and have experience reviewing engineering and technical aspects of proposed project designs. Also requires experience with overseeing groundwater management and coordination with sump pumps, infiltration wells and pumping wells for underwater construction projects; sequencing for escalator installations inside underground metro station with special rigging equipment and coordinating the preparation and excavation for the use of TBMs tunnel boring machines for excavations exceeding 15 miles and overseeing the installation removal process of the TBMs from construction sites. Requires experience working directly with government agencies at both local and state levels such as Departments of Transportation or Departments of Environmental Protection to obtain necessary licenses, permits and approvals. Must have a Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related and have a designated DBIA certification.
