Experience above must include 2 years of evaluating thermal and mechanical system to provide analysisled product design solutions. Background communicating technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. Background working with stakeholders i.e. internal design and characterization teams, internal business development team, external customers and project scoping. Background with each of the following customer engagement; identifying and addressing customer requirements; issue tracking; identifying root causes and providing solutions; and timely closing issues. Understanding of thermodynamic principles, including thermal energy conversion; energy balance; and heat transfer by natural convection and radiation. Experience above must include 2 years using Ansys to design, develop, and analyze reference configurations and to design computational platforms. Background interpreting and predicting the thermal performance of complex systems.br br None of these skills can be acquired in a reasonable period of onthejob training.
