This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and 3 years of related experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience. Must also have 36 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 participating in the support, coordination and execution of transactions across a broad array of businesses and regions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and investments; 2 conducting financial analysis as directed to assess value of acquisition target companies and synergies using discounted cash flow, cost of capital, comparable analysis methodologies and attractiveness of proposed transactions; 3 supporting due diligence across functional areas on merger, acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions; and 4 supporting preparation of presentations and preread documents for companys senior leadership and Board. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Less than 10 domestic and international travel required.
