Semiconductor devicesprocess technology with working knowledge of the IC fabrication procedures and understanding of runsets, design rules, layout vs schematic and applicationimpact of it on parasitic extraction.br 6. SRAM topologies and memory controller design.br 7. Debugging using EDA tools including Virtuoso.br 8. Quality Analysis of custom design integrated circuits.br br Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
