Must have experience with Thermal modelling of new internal or external combustion chamber stoves for blast furnaces; Physical modelling of new internal or external combustion chamber stoves based of stoves cross section, chequer details and refractory material; Analysis of existing hot blast stoves operational data; Physical and thermal modelling of existing stoves; Simulation of current operation of stoves and diagnosis based on the expected performance; Analysis of combustion process, considering the stoichiometric conditions for different combination of available fuels; Simulation of combustion solutions such as oxygen enrichment and waste gas heat recovery; Development of solutions based on desired future operation and calculation of the impact on the blast furnace operating costs; Heat and mass balance of gas cleaning plants; and Heat and mass balance of blast furnaces.
