Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or 5 years of experience performing product, process, or material development. Also requires 5 years ofbr experience working as part of a team and forging strong partnerships with cross functional partners especially in engineering, marketing and marketing research. Requires 4 years of experience studying consumer habits, practices, beliefs and behaviors and translating those insights into product ideas to fulfill unmet consumer needs.
