Specific Skills

Masters degree in Computer Networks, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Management, a related field, or a foreign equivalent, plus 2 years of postbaccalaureate experience in telecommunications engineering. Experience must include the following 1 UNIXLINUX operating systems; 2 LTE Air Interface , PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC,PDCP layers and TCPIP protocol; 3 wireless network architecture concepts including in the RAN domain; 4 4G or 5G 3GPP technologies, including functional splits for disaggregated RAN models; 5 Developing Root Cause Analysis RCA on outages or market performance issues; 6 Troubleshooting and resolving Network issues on the RAN network; and 7 Wireless Performance Metrics. In lieu of Masters Degree and 2 years of experience, Employer is willing to accept a Bachelors Degree and 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in the requirements as set forth above.
