Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field, and five 5 years of postbachelor, progressive, related work experience.br br Must have five 5 years of experience withinbr br Overseeing structural design teams and coordinating with other engineering disciplines teams to produce project plans that comply with technical requirements on large civil infrastructure projects, specifically with structures valued at least 100 million;br Managing design for proposals, contracts, or change orders for DesignBuild or P3 projects with costs exceeding 300 million overall and 100 million in structures;br Negotiating technical requirements and criteria with key stakeholders leading to project contract execution; andbr Designing plans, baseline schedules, permit approvals, and contractual requirements for structures.br br Must have experience and working knowledge in bridge design heavy civil under AASHTO regulations with at least two of the following design software applications OpenBridge Designer Connect; SAP2000; or SoFiSTiK.br br Must have or be eligible to obtain a Texas state Professional Engineer PE license.br br Up to 10 travel required.
