Job dutiesbr Develop a high performing culture within the team where service excellence and retention of staff are key. 5 Ensure that necessary artifacts, tools, processes and documentation are in place. 2 Maintains client satisfaction, client communication, and the overall management of client relationships. 5 Ensure the introduction of newmodified services happens in a planned, controlled and timely manner to minimize disruption and maximize benefit. 2. Ensure IT service consistency with quality, compliance and security standards and delivery of associated corrective service actions. 5 Analyze data to accurately forecast and lead operational performance, key performance indicators and resource requirements. 5 Work in tandem with Global Support, Cloud and Implementation teams to identify additional opportunities to automate and optimize processes and procedures to further improve SLAs, and key performance metrics. 2 Maintain the internal relationships required to deliver our service obligations, addressing incident and request backlogs. 2 Design and be responsible for the delivery of ITSM processes including incident and event management while educating business partners to drive adoption. 2 Proactive communications of service impacts to organization, ensuring technology impact analysis is provided to business. 3 Executing root cause analysis for major incidents and defining long term strategy, vision, and resolve to support our evolving technology initiatives. 5 Isolate problem trends and ensure that resolution efforts are completed for recurring problems until permanent solutions are found. 10 Maintains a thorough understanding and awareness of current trends in ITSM and Support Management. 2 Work with the Head of Service Management to develop processes and procedures for Support. 2
