Three years of experience as a Civil Engineer must include three years of experience as a Civil Engineer working on projects in the United States.br br Demonstrable knowledge of and prior experience organizing project data, building models and creating surfaces through Civil 3D AutoCAD.br Demonstrable knowledge of and prior experience understanding the hydraulics of water flow through various channels utilizing HECRAS.br Demonstrable knowledge of and prior experience of modeling complex hydrology and hydraulic systems in Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis.br Demonstrable knowledge of and prior experience of dynamic hydraulic analysis using Hydraflow Storm Sewers, Hydrographs, and Express Extensions.br Demonstrable knowledge and prior experience using MS Excel and MS Word.br Experience with NOAA Database for use in determining land surface.br Demonstrable knowledge of FEMA practices and policies in order to prepare documents to request a Letter of Map Change LOMC for projects located in Special Flood Hazard Areas.br Demonstrable knowledge and prior experience creating multidimensional designs using MicroStation.br Experience using Bluebeam to collaborate on documents and ensure timeliness of projects from beginning design to construction.br Prior Experience in project management, including scheduling and budgeting.br br License Required Must possess a Utah Professional Engineering License or be able to obtain one within six months.br br Travel Requirements Infrequent domestic travel is required and will be dependent upon client and project needs.
