Requires five 5 years of experience in Global Markets product structuring. Experience must include 2 years of equity structuring, pricing and modelling products experience including all of the following vanillaexotics, monomulti underlying, correlation working with different wrappers including all of the following OTC, Swaps, Deposits, SPVs, MTN Programs; 3 years of fixed income including FX, Rates and Credit structuring and pricing products experience, including all of the following balance sheet hedging and investment solutions and XVA deals; 2 years of experience working with the following client segments to develop solutions for a financial institutional clients and b corporate clients, including in each case participating in client meetings and preparing client documentation; 2 years of experience working in Latam Markets on deals with local and global clients, including understanding and complying with different local country regulations; and 2 years of experience managing approval process with risk departments, including preparing documentation for committees, and developing pricing capital and profitability metrics to present relevant deals to risk committees. Must be able to fluently speak, read and write in Spanish, as 6070 of the clients the position works are Latin American clients located in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Panama, and Uruguay who require communications and documentation in Spanish.
