Minimum requirements Pharm.D. degree and be licensed or eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of Connecticut; have completed postdoctoral training PGY1, PGY2 pharmacy residency, or pharmacy fellowship, andor hold board certification in pharmacotherapy BCPS; possess excellent writtenverbalinterpersonal skills, demonstrable previous teaching experience, and an ability to be a member of a multifunctional team in a collegial fashion.br br Preferred qualifications Candidates who have one or more of the following will be preferred for this position 1 Board certification in pharmacotherapy BCPS; 2 completion of a PGY2 in internal medicine or secondarily a PGY2 or fellowship in a related subspecialty e.g. pulmonology, renal, hepatology, cardiology; 3 four or more yearsexperience working on internal medicine inpatient floors; 4 experience conducting scholarship that results in presentations and publications; 5 experience on committees with state or national pharmacy organizations.
