Make recommendations to the client and use dispute preventionmanagementresolution procedures to manage payment requisitions, change orders, and contractual disputes.Managing monitor monthly invoicing process, review invoice tracker prepared by junior team members and work closely with project managers to verify contractors invoice value against actual completed work to date.Creating and managing benchmark data from previously completed projects.Holding postcontract reviews with the client to establish a lesson learned document and apply lessons. Conduct financial closeout with the clients accounting team, and procurement closeout with PM.Performing all of the duties above through the usepreparation of Cost Reporting, Bid Levelling Sheets, Change Control Forms, Cost Estimating Software, and Takeoff Software including CostX, OnScreen Takeoff, and Scheduling software if required including Microsoft Project andor Primavera P6.Taking responsibility for Commission Execution Planning including finance, debt, contracts, risk, HS risk assessments and client care.Financially managing project revenue and profitability utilizing the tools provided to keep track of the ongoing margin levels and monthly feeresource forecasts for each commission.Inputting into the formal management of cost management team, to include 1st round recruitment interviews and input into resource management.Assisting Associate Director in developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.br Beneficiary has a Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying received on 07112008 from Liverpool John Moores University.
