Rad AI, Inc. uses artificial intelligence to streamline and simplify workflows for radiologists. This position is not entrylevel but an integral part of developing machine learning applications for both natural language processing and computer vision and is vital to our business. She must be able to devise new experiments for incorporating research on new technologies into our companys machine learning platform. She needs to design and implement data processing pipelines for machine learning model training, testing, and validation data. To do these tasks, she must have advanced knowledge inwith Algorithms Analysis; Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems; Data Visualization; Deep Learning; Machine Learning; and Natural Language Processing. To research and implement machine learning tools, new model features and algorithms, she must understand and have advanced knowledge in Algorithms Analysis. She must apply advanced knowledge in Deep Learning to perform statistical analyses and model finetuning and also to expand development of existing machine learning libraries and frameworks. She must also have advanced academic knowledge in Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems to design and train machine learning models for the extraction and cleansing of clinical health data. She must employ advanced knowledge of Data Visualization to work on speech recognition algorithms and schedule optimization algorithms for radiology. She must use advanced knowledge of Algorithms Analysis, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing to conduct research for machine learning, data science, and deep learning algorithms. An advanced, theoretical knowledge in all these areas gained through at least a Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related, is necessary for this position especially since it requires supervisory duties including supervising 2 data engineers and 1 machine learning engineer to develop machine learning applications, as well as advise Software and DevOps Engineers on the needs of the machine learning platform, and the integration of machine learning algorithms into the overall products. In other words, the applicant must possess the advanced knowledge in all these areas gained from academic coursework, research project, teaching assistantship, or practical training through internship or coop required for the role. The educational and advanced knowledge requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation in the context of our business and are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner. As our business involves complex stateoftheart artificial intelligence, a lower degree e.g., a Bachelors degree or Associates degree in the same field does not provide the theoretical and advanced knowledge required to be able to contribute to our unique and industryshaping technologies. Likewise, experience instead of an advanced degree would not provide the level of theoretical and advanced knowledge required for this position.
