MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, Law or a related field and 8 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, Law or a related field and 7 years of related work experience.br br Must have 6 years of experience managing global mobility andor business traveler programs at a midsizedregional to largesized national consulting firm, law firm, or public accounting firm, or in an inhouse role.br br Must have 6 years of experience solving complex client challenges related to multijurisdictional global mobility or business traveler projects, including coordinating services across multiple service providers.br br Must have 6 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.br br Must have 4 years of experience with large scale, multijurisdictional mobility or business travel data analytics, program transformation, implementation and onboarding.br br Must have 3 years of experience managing the transition of mobility or business traveler programs to new service providers.br br Must have 3 years of experience training and supervising the work of offshore teams.br br Must have 3 years of experience coaching and developing junior consultants or immigration professionals, focusing on their technical and client service skills.br br Must have 2 years of experience working in a global mobility role outside the U.S., or with global mobility teams based outside the U.S.br br Must have 1 year of experience writing proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals RFPs.br br Travel required up to 30, of which 5 may be international, to serve client needs.br br Must be willing and able to work early hours 6 8 AM or late hours 9 11 PM up to 3 days per week.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
