This experience must include three 3 years of experience Developing project management plans, including establishing and setting project goals, objectives, and timelines; Evaluating and integrating new technologies, processes, andor methods into the workplace; Operating and facilitating crossfunctional teams; and Experience should include a thorough understanding of gear manufacturing process, including at a minimum gear hobbing, gear shaping, gear grinding, chamferdeburring of gear teeth, gear skiving, and gear inspection and metrology techniques.
