A comparison of the duties between the Software Architect position and the Computer Programmer I and Software Engineer I positions, as specified in Sections H.11 and K.a.9 and K.b.9, demonstrates that the duties for the Computer Programmer I and Software Engineer I positions are more than 50 different from the duties of the Software Architect position.br br The requirements for this senior position are grounded in business necessity. This Software Architect position is responsible for development of its proprietary, inhouse software for managing CRCs outage monitoring, which is important in managing outages of electricity for CRCs member electric cooperatives. The Masters degree and four years of experience are required to ensure the person has the knowledge and experience to keep such critical systems functioning.
