Specific Skills

Two 2 years of experience providing coverage and origination services for Institutional Clients. Prior experience must include two 2 years of delivering highly customized solutions for Institutional Clients in the Private Credit andor Equity space from a buyside or coverage seat; working with senior salespeople, traders and structurers to provide client coverage, idea generation, deal origination and trade development; working on private trades at each stage of the trade lifecycle, from origination to structuring to execution; identifying process weaknesses during the trade lifecycle and implementing solutions and enhancements; leveraging industry expertise to develop a client universe and deliver customized products and services; analyzing and reviewing specialized financial documentation including Credit Agreements, Confidential Investment Memorandums, detailed Investor Presentations and Term Sheets; working with team to determine company valuations as part of the underwriting process using valuation methodology and key metrics including EBITDA, Market Capitalization, Discounted cash flows and Book Value; and utilizing data management systems including Saleshome, Salesforce, Tradefinder and Scorpio.
