Specific Skills

The position requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Chemistry, Material Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field plus five 5 years of experience in Formulating and testing cementious based products. Must have five 5 years of experience in each of the following experience may be gained concurrentlyHandson industrial experience in cement chemistry or cementbased mortars formulation. Complete technical understanding of ternary based cement systems and how to utilize this technology for developing Self Leveling Under layments, Tile Products and structural repair products. In depth knowledge of all aspects of testing and specifications required to successfully develop, market and sell products into market. In depth knowledge of mineral based raw materials markets and their derivatives. Complete understanding of chemical additives used to modify cement hydration kinetics, rheology and hardened physical properties. Familiar with Mortar plant production processes and areas of concern used to meet specified quality and consistency targets. Experience with application techniques used to work with customers for support sales and field quality issues. Experience using global data management tools. Experience presenting data and responding to questions from colleagues and customers. Experience with specific laboratory equipment for finished product development, and DOE, Design FEMA, or other quality programs. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Project Management. 1525 domestic travel based on projects and business requirements.
