Specific Skills

1 year experience with grounds maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, and snow removal work. Must be or actively working toward a Registered Technician with Kansas Department of Agriculture or a State Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator. Must have experience with reading landscape plans, measure, and lay out plants based off landscape plan. Must have truck or skid steer plowing and salt truck operation experience. Must have installation, service, and repair of irrigation systems experience. Must have experience with training, assisting, completing, and overseeing all contracted services to meet customer needs. Must have valid Drivers License with an insurable driving record. All applicants must be able to complete preemployment onboarding requirements if selected which may include anyall of the following criminalcivil background check and drug screen in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
