This position requires a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in the financial services or capital market industry using Data Analytics and reconciliation knowledge. Alternatively, the company will accept 5 years of experience in the financial services or capital market industry using Data Analytics and reconciliation knowledge. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with 1 Portfolio performance analysis, manager composite performance, and performance calculation methods; 2 SQL, any RDBMS, or any similar database management tools for analyzing and querying data; 3 Portfolio Accounting System, mainly on Large Data reconciliation and Portfolio performance reporting; 4 Configuring and Designing quarterly performance reports and templates based on client expectations; 5 Creating enhancement requests and work closely with productengineering team; 6 Running manual testing of projects related to Portfolio Performance or Reconciliation reporting during periodical application releases; 7 Producing quarterly performance reports to ensure accurate execution with respect to client instructions received; 8 Gathering data on inbound requests and analyzing trends of the data issues, so that permanent solutions and workarounds can be established and installed; and 9 Creating and maintaining hard and soft process manuals including procedural documentation, Service Level Agreements SLA, and user guides.
