Requires four 4 years of experience in the electrical and automation fields Executing FAT Factory Acceptance Test for MCC Motor Control Center automation and electrical equipment or other related equipment, including at least the following tasks 600 VAC Voltage alternating current or 480 VAC measurements, IO Input Output Test, VFD Variable Frequency Drive commissioning, protection settings, safety circuit test; Commissioning Electrical and Control Systems and complete system validation fully debug prior handover to customer; and Designing electrical schematics, panel layouts and modifying plant layouts in AutoCad. Must be physically able to work around industrial facilities, to include heights, climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending and entry of confined spaces, as necessary, to inspect equipment. Be oncall during and after business hours, and weekends to support emergency plant situations remotely up to 13 of the time. Requires 18 months experience with manufacturing or mechanical processes and equipment. Experience may be gained concurrently.
