Three 3 years of required experience within the investment banking industry must include Two 2 years working directly within the Consumer Retail Sector. Experience must also include Mergers and Acquisition MA due diligence experience sellside, buyside, capital raising; Experience in developing marketing materials Teaser, CIM, Management Presentation and positioning documents for differentiated highgrowth Consumer businesses, their investment profile, and a knowledge of appetite from strategic buyers as well as institutional investors private equity firms, family offices, etc.; Consumer Retail specific analyses which includes customer cohort metrics, customer LTV, and CAC; Performing comprehensive financial valuation analyses using discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, and accretiondilution analysis; Developing customized financial models for Consumer related businesses, including 3statement operating models, merger models, and capital raise models; Experience with MS pivot tables, data tables and basic VBA commands; Experience with data tool providers, which include FactSet, Capital IQ, and Pitchbook; Experience operating internal software CRM tools DealCloudSalesforce for deal management and SBU activity tracking, reporting and processing; and Experience being the direct point of contact and navigating between senior company leadership and various investorsbuyers, in some instances with limited oversight.br br LICENSECERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FINRA Series 79 or 7, and FINRANASAA Series 63.br br TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Up to 25 travel to NY and St. Petersburg, FL.br br H.1. and Section J.2.
