Also, requires skill 5 yrs exp in developing UI for web and mobile platforms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, wireframe tools, information architecture, and Adobe Creative Suite.br br BUSINESS NECESSITY Further to H.12 All job opportunity requirements are normal except that the minimum requirements for the job appear to exceed the typical requirements per the OES Job Zone 4 definition. The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular position because a Lead UIUX Developer is a critical advanced Lead level position within our structure. This position involves high level technical work using stateoftheart tools, technologies, and processes. The work involves such critical activities as the following collaborating with other designers, technical project managers, software engineers, client project teams to understand incorporate technical, business, user requirements into usable designs for web mobile; managing multiple projects ensuring that all designs are interpreted implemented as specified meet all business requirements; supporting all aspects of design and production with focus specifically on UI design; and leading UX collaboration including visual design, interaction design, information architecture, user research. Such abilities only come with the required minimum level of qualifications. The job requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of Lead UIUX Developer in the context of our business, and the requirements are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.
