While at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law she demonstrated an excellent academic record as she graduated with honors. Additionally, she was a Blakes Scholar in 2016 and 2017, received the Fasken Martineau DuMoulin Award for Academic Excellence in 2016 and the Borden Ladner Gervais LLP Professional Excellence Award in 2016. Additionally, the foreign national has been admitted to the New York State Bar since March 18, 2019. She possesses at least three years of experience as a Law ClerkAssociate practicing in the area of corporate finance law. Specifically, she was employed by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton Garrison LLP from September 12, 2018 to March 17, 2019 as a Law Clerk, Corporate Unassigned, and from March 18, 2019 to January 31, 2020 as a Junior Associate, Corporate, Unassigned group. Further she was employed as a Junior Associate, Finance from February 1, 2020 through November 10, 2021.
