Additionally, the foreign national has been admitted to the New York State Bar since May 30, 2018. She possesses at least three years of experience as a Law ClerkAssociate practicing in the area of corporate finance law. Specifically, she was employed by Willkie Farr Gallagher LLP as an Associate Finance from February 27, 2017 to December 10, 2021. Her experience includes providing support to senior attorneys on all aspects of large hundredmilliondollar to multibilliondollar and complex financing transactions for sponsors, borrowers and lenders.br br Regarding Section H.12, please note that the employers requirements for the position are normal. First, as indicated by DOLs ONET source, the Lawyer occupation requires a J.D. or LL.M and several years of experience.
