Must have at least one 1 year of experience supporting senior attorneys with significant 1bn transactions by largecap private equity firms and public companies, including domestic and crossborder mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and bank financings.br br Qualifications of the Foreign National As detailed in Section J, the foreign national Ms. Huang is qualified for the job opportunity. Specifically, in 2018 Ms. Huang earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School HLS, which is ranked as #4 among the Best Law Schools by U.S. News World Report. While at HLS, Ms. Huang demonstrated an excellent law school academic record by graduating with honors cum laude, as shown on her law school transcript. Additionally, Ms. Huang was admitted to the New York State Bar on March 18, 2019, and possesses at least two consecutive years of experience as an Associate AttorneyLaw Clerk working on corporate transactions at Cravath, Swaine Moore LLP Cravath, a U.S. National Tier One law firm for Corporate Law, as ranked by U.S. News World Report. Specifically, she has been employed by Cravath as a Law Clerk in the Corporate Group from 10092018 to 03172019 and as a Junior Associate Attorney also in the Corporate Group from 03182019 to the present. Further, Ms. Huang has over one year of experience supporting senior attorneys with significant 1bn transactions by large cap private equity firms and public companies, including domestic and crossborder mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and bank financings.br br Please note that the positions of Law Clerk, Corporate Group and Junior Associate Attorney, Corporate Group are not substantially comparable to the offered position of MidLevel Associate Attorney, Corporate Group as the positions require different job duties in excess of 50 of the time.
