Specific Skills

The position requires the minimum of a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering field plus 3 years experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The position also requires knowledge of Energy and Building Codes as they relate to MEPFP mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection field services; knowledge of design software tools applicable to MEP design, including Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD, and Revit; certification as Project Management Professional PMP at the time of hire; attainment of designation of LEED AP Building Operations and Maintenance at the time of hire; and affiliation with one of the following major professional organizations BCxA, AEE, ASHRAE, or USGBC at the time of hire.
