Specific Skills

Must have at least a Bachelors degree or higher, or foreign equivalent, in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related technical field and at least 4 years of experience in the job offered or at least 4 years of experience in the automotive industry with a focus on embedded control systems engineering. All stated experience must include at least 3 years of experience in each of the following developing control algorithms for automotive drivetrain products; working in modelbased software development; using Application Lifecycle Management ALM tools for software development; working collaboratively in crossfunctional teams meeting multiple deadlines; using at least one of the following software development process standards ASPICE, CMMI, ISO 26262, or VModel; deploying embedded control software to at least one of the following electronic modules for testing and development dSPACE targets, Pi Innovo, or OEM production targets; and using at least one of the following industry recognized control interface tools ETAS INCA, Canalyzer, Canape, or ControlDesk. Must be willing to travel 18 domestically and 2 internationally. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
