Experience must include eighteen months of performing financial valuations for business combinations, intangible assets, and purchase price allocations; performing impairment testing valuations of goodwill and indefinite and longlived asset for financial reporting purposes; performing Fair Market Value analyses of fee for service and collaboration agreements between companies in the US pharmaceutical industry for regulatory and compliance purposes; creating and assisting in creating Excelbased financial models, analyzing financial statements, conducting industry research, and writing valuation reports; performing valuation of intangible assets, including trademark, trade name, customer relationships, workforce, internally developed software technologies, noncompete agreements, and above or belowmarket contracts; utilizing valuation techniques including discounted cash flow method income approach, guideline public company method and guideline public transaction method market approach, and cost method asset approach; performing independent valuation services in accordance with ASC standards; performing research and valuations using Bloomberg and Capital IQ; and mentoring and coaching junior team members. Less than 10 travel outside of normal commuting distance.
