Specific Skills
This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five 5 years related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience. Must also have 12 months of experience with each of the following 1 Modifying existing software to correct errors, allowing it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance; 2 Defining, designing, developing, testing, and implementing application functionalities using C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, WEB API, Windows Services, WCF, Pentaho EDI, SQL server, SSIS SQL Server reporting services, MSMQ, JSON, XML, and Postman; 3 Developing and directing software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation; 4 Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints; and 5 Conferring with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
